About the Vellum template
Vellum is the plain serif resume: the name centred in bold at the top of a white page with the address, the city, the phone number and the email centred in bold lines beneath it, and a thin rule across the page under them. Every section, one the writer adds included, is a bold label in a left margin a quarter of the page wide with its body ranged beside it, and no colour anywhere but the ink. A degree reads as the school in bold with its city against the right edge, the award and field in bold beneath, then the years with the GPA after them; a role as its title in bold with the dates against the right edge, the employer and city beneath, then three short bullets. It suits an accountant, a clerk, a graduate or anyone applying somewhere a resume is still read on paper.
