About the Quay template
Quay is a one-column resume set entirely in a serif face, with no photo and one colour. The name opens the page centred in large spaced capitals with the job title small beneath, and the email, phone and address follow on one centred line with a teal bar between each. Every section, one the writer adds included, opens with a band of the accent the full width of the page carrying its label in white capitals, and the body sits a step in from the band. A role is split: the dates, the title in bold and the employer and city stack in a narrow left column while the bullets fill the wide column beside them; the skills run in two columns of bullets that fill downwards; and a degree reads the years, then the award and field after a colon in bold, then the school with the honours behind a bar, then a coursework line. It suits a graduate, an intern or anyone whose first pages should look like a printed document rather than a designed one.
