About the Pewter template
Pewter is a one-column resume in a Garamond-style serif and one ink, with the accent kept for the job title alone. The head sets the name in spaced capitals, the first name a shade lighter than the surname, with the job title in italics beneath it and the profile as plain copy under that, all beside a round portrait in the top right; the contact details run in three centred columns below, each with its icon above the value, and a heavy dark rule closes the head. Every section sits under the same heading, its title in bold capitals on a grey block about a third of the page wide and open at the right, a section the writer adds included. A role reads down two columns, the dates over the city on the left and the employer in capitals over the role on the right, the bullets aligned under the employer; a degree reads the same way with the award over the school in bold. Languages read three to a row, each name followed by a dark bar, and skills are one sentence of names divided by commas. It suits a financial analyst, an accountant or anyone in a numbers role who wants a photograph on a page that stays quiet.
