About the Mariner template

Mariner is a two-column resume with a navy column down the left of every page and a wide white column beside it. A white box hangs from the top edge of the navy column with the initials set in bold navy, and beneath it the contact lines sit as plain white text with no icons, followed by the skills, the languages and the certificates. The wide column opens on the name in large bold type with the job title beneath it and a thin navy rule running across the column. Every heading, a section the writer adds included, is bold capitals with no rule, white in the navy column and dark in the white one. A role reads the employer and the title in bold on one line with the dates in bold beneath, then the duties as bullets set well in, and a degree reads the award in bold over the school, city and years in bold italics. It suits a graduate or an early-career developer, analyst or engineer who wants a clean, familiar page with a strong column of colour.
