About the Brief template
Brief is a one-column resume set the way a word processor sets a plain document, in one Times serif with no photo, no columns and no rules. The head is ranged against the right margin: the name in bold capitals, the job title under it in a normal weight, then the contact details in small italics on two lines divided by bars, the email and profile links over the address and phone. The profile follows with no heading, as the opening paragraph of the page. Every other heading, a section the writer adds included, is its label in bold serif in title case with nothing drawn around it. A role reads its title in bold with the dates against the right margin, then the employer and city in italics divided by a bar, then its duties as bullets set in from the margin. A degree reads the school in bold with the date it was awarded at the right, then the award in bold, set in, with its field after it. The skills are one comma-joined line. It suits a pharmacist, a clinician or anyone senior in a regulated field who wants a resume that reads like a formal document.
