About the Scribe template
Scribe is a white one-column resume set in a monospaced face with a condensed hand for its labels, and no photo. The contact details open the page at the top left as four short lines of condensed capitals, the address in grey and the phone, email and profile links in the accent, and the name follows in large light condensed capitals with the job title small beneath and a thick dark rule the width of the page under it. Every heading, a section the writer adds included, is its label alone in condensed capitals with no rule. A role is its employer and city in the accent in bold and its title in italics on one line divided by a dash, the dates in small capitals on a line of their own beneath, then bullets set in from the margin; a degree reads the same way with its years beneath and a paragraph after. The skills read as one sentence and the awards as plain paragraphs. It suits a copywriter, an editor, a journalist or anyone who wants a page that reads as a manuscript with one colour in it.
