About the Satchel template
Satchel is a one-column student resume on a white page with a split head held between two pale red rules. At the left of the head a red block carries the name in bold white serif capitals with the job title beneath it; at the right the phone number, email, address and profile link are ranged against the margin one to a line, each led by its label in bold serif. Every heading below, a section the writer adds included, is a small bold serif label in capitals followed by a dotted grey leader that runs to the right margin. A role reads the employer and its town in bold serif over the role and dates, then the duties as plain sans bullets, and a degree reads the school in bold capitals with the years against the right margin, the degree beneath and its bullets after. It suits a student or school leaver applying for a first part-time job, who wants a familiar word-processor page with one confident block of colour.
