About the Linen template
Linen is the resume that keeps everything in one grey and lets the writing carry it. One small line of contact details opens the page from margin to margin, the email at the left, the phone in the middle and the city at the right; beneath it the name and the job title read as one centred clause, the name in bold and the title in the same size but a lighter weight, and the profile follows as a centred, justified paragraph narrower than the page with its key phrases in bold. Two columns run beneath, a narrow one for the tools, education, skills and languages and a wide one for the work history, and every heading in both is the same small grey capitals with no rule, no bar and no colour, so a section the writer adds is indistinguishable from the ones that ship. A role reads as its title in bold and the employer in a normal weight on one line, the dates in small grey type beneath and each bullet a grey sentence with its measurable phrase in bold. It suits an account manager, a customer success lead or anyone whose resume should read as a quiet page of well-chosen words.
