About the Kestrel template

Kestrel is a two-column resume with a charcoal column down the left of every page. An orange wedge cuts across the head of the column from its top right corner, and a photo rounded on three corners with a square lower left corner sits over the join. The contact lines, the references and the degrees read down the column in white, hung on a thin grey rail marked with an orange dot beside each line and an orange bar beside each heading, the sections parted by dashed rules. On the white side the name sits on a pale grey band, the first name in dark bold capitals and the surname in orange, over the job title in spaced grey capitals. Every heading is the section icon on a disc beside a bold capital label, white discs in the column and orange ones on the white side, a section the writer adds included. A role reads its title in bold capitals with the dates against the right margin, then the employer and city in italics, then the story, each role marked by an orange dot on a second rail. The skills are orange bars in two columns, and an orange corner closes the foot of the page.
