About the Gazette template
Gazette runs a tinted strip across the top of the page carrying the contact line, sets the name centred beneath it in wide-spaced light capitals, and then rules the page off section by section. Each rule is two-tone: a hairline the full measure of the page with a thicker bar over the label column it starts from. The heading sits in that column and the content runs beside it, so the page reads as one ruled run from the summary down to the last section.
