About the Flint template
Flint runs a pale wash of the accent down the left of the page under a large round portrait, and sets the name over a band of the accent itself, a charcoal by default, across the head of the white column: the profile sits inside the band in white, and the band reaches back over the edge of the washed column with a folded tab under its left end, so it reads as a caption pinned across both. Every heading is a plain uppercase label in dark grey with no rule and no weight, in both columns and on a section the writer adds, and every word on the page stays in grey: the role and degree names dark, the employer, city, dates and bullets lighter, with the accent kept to the band, the column's wash, the discs before the skills and the bullet marks under a role. A role reads as the title, a bar, then the employer and city on one line with the dates beneath; a degree as the award over the school, its city and the years divided by a bar. It suits a sales manager, a business development lead or anyone mid-career who wants a photograph, a soft column of colour and one block of the same colour at full strength to carry the profile.
