About the Arbor template
Arbor is a two-column resume with no photo on a white page, a pale column running down its left side the full height of every page. At the head of the column a navy cap curves down in a shallow arch with the name in bold white across it, and at the foot of the last page a navy wave rises into the column from its lower edge. The column opens on the personal details, the name, email, phone and town each behind a small navy icon, then the skills, each a name with five dots beside it filled in navy to its level. Every heading, in either column and a section the writer adds included, is a blue label in a light weight over a thin grey rule. In the wide column a role reads its title in bold with the dates in bold against the right margin, then the employer and town in blue, then its duties as bullets; a degree reads the same way, and volunteering the writer adds reads as a role does. It suits a graduate, a student or anyone early in a caring or public-service career who wants a calm, orderly page.
